Weilandt Elektronik RMA Portal – Access Guide
How to get access to the portal?
The RMA Portal is available at: https://weilandt-elektronik.pl/app/
To use all features, you need to create an account once and wait for it to be approved by the administrator.
Step 1 – Create an account
- Go to https://weilandt-elektronik.pl/app/
- Click the green REGISTER button
- Fill in the registration form:
- First name
- Last name
- E-mail – enter your company business e-mail address
- Password – minimum 8 characters
- Confirm password
- Enter the code from the image (CAPTCHA)
- Submit the form using the register button
⚠️ Important: Your account is not activated automatically. Registration requires approval by the portal administrator. You will receive an e-mail notification when your account is activated.
Step 2 – Log in
After receiving your account activation confirmation:
- Go to https://weilandt-elektronik.pl/app/
- Click the blue LOGIN button
- Enter the e-mail address and password you used during registration
- Click Log in
What will you find in the portal after logging in?
- ✅ Order statuses – the current repair stage of your device in real time
- ✅ Quotes – detailed offers with itemised parts/services and net/gross amounts, ready for acceptance directly in the portal
- ✅ Repair history – full service history for each device, available by clicking the serial number
- ✅ Offer correspondence – each offer shows a list of related e-mail messages (date sent, subject, sender, recipient). Full e-mail content is delivered directly to your business e-mail address.
