Deleting your account in the Weilandt Elektronik RMA Portal
To delete your account in the RMA Portal (used in the portal and the mobile application), please send an e-mail to the address below with a request to delete your account:

Please send the request from the e-mail address used to register the account, or include that address in the message, so we can identify your account.
âšī¸ Please note: After we process your request, your portal account and
its login data will be removed. Service history stored in our systems for accounting and
warranty purposes may be retained where required by law.
